Go to Settings >Contacts .
This brings you to the Contacts Section of your iPhone. It lets you decide how your contacts would be SORTED or DISPLAYED.
Default Account lets you decide where new contatcs would be saved on your iPhone. In the case below it is seen that the contacts are in iCloud.
Import Sim Contacts lets you import any contacts in the Sim Card.
